My Local Preference Has a Mint Flavor
Asians are said to prefer video poker before online slots. Online gamblers from other nations have other local preferences and a few games have even attained global popularity. Imagine a really cozy bar in a really calm and friendly street in a quiet town in a temperate part of the country on the sunny side of the planet. Purposeless small talk and laughter is mixed in perfect parts with a trail of restful music, and whatever you choose to drink makes you feel at ease with yourself and the entire world. All is complete and you couldn’t ask for anything more. Except one thing.
The Machine stands in a corner. It has a slot for coins and three reels with just a few simple symbols on them. There are the classical cherries and maybe some other gem, and the rest is just gum. One bar or two bars or three bars of chewing gum spin wildly before your eyes, and if you’re real lucky you may win them, open them and rejoice in the classical taste of mint.
They don’t build machines like that anymore. But you can spin them in online casinos. Also a kind of evolution.
